The company is in the process of being registered in Companieshouse, UK and the London office of the company will be operational by the end of June 2009.

The company is active member of many chambers of commerce which are facilitating bilaterial trade between two countries. Recently company has joined Indo German Chamber of Commerce as the positive step to expand its import operations of Health & Personal Wellness products from Germany.

As a further step to expand its operations in USA and not limiting to only Imports from USA, CEO of the Company Mr. Kaushik Thakkar visited USA in November 2008 and finalised with local partners to own and operate chain of Indian Food Restaurant in USA. Company is in the process of completing legal / federal formalities for owning and operating the restaurant and is working aggressively to open its first restaurant by December 2009 in Chicago.
