Price points: WPNT is a middle priced restaurant that appeals to people who want real and perceived values for the money they spend on menu items. WPNT will do a market survey of similar restaurants in your area to determine prices that will allow you to be competitive.

Menu items: The jumbo chicken wings are bought fresh and not frozen. Burgers, Pizza, French fries, deserts and salads are prepared fresh each day so that the guest will be able to experience the difference between WPNT and fast food concepts. WPNT’s will send a representative to your area to assist negotiations on prices with the local food distributors.

Training/Support: Full training to the staff will be given before store opening and during the continous run of the business.

Marketing: Full support in marketing so as to boost the sales on regular basis.

New menu offerings: WPNT started with wings and salad. The concept has evolved by adding pizza, burgers, shrimp and more! WPNT is constantly reviewing their menu items and adding new products. WPNT has been successful in entering new countries/locales by initially offering local favorites so that guest can be introduced to the core menu items.

Locations: All Site Demographics must be sent to our Corporate Offices in Dallas, Texas to further determine whether or not the selected Site will be acceptable.

Wings pizza restaurant design & locations

Most successful Wings pizza restaurents are located on end caps in strip centre. Our standard footprint is 2800 sq ft up to 6000 sq ft but we also recognize that some areas require smaller spaces due to rent or the customer needs so we will open locations as small as 1200 sq ft.

Typical size of locations found in the U.S.

• Standard traditional sites found in strip malls (1200 sq. feet)
• Non-traditional locations that are found in airports, sport stadiums and universities (800 sq. feet)
• Convenience locations are found in a stores within a store like Wal-Mart, gas stations, etc. (300 sq. feet)

Investment Breakup

Fees & Royalties:

• $25,000 Franchise Fee due at signing
• 5% Royalty, based on net sales
• 2% Local advertising fee spent in your market, based on net sales

Typical liquid capital required:

• $25,000 Franchise Fee, due at signing
• $50,000 to $60,000 minimum cash liquidity is typically required on a total investment of $250,000 to $300,000 for a smaller location. This amount represents 20% of the Total Cost of the location, including the Franchise Fee.
